If you have deposit accounts with New South:
- Digital Banking - If you have a checking or savings account with us, you can use our digital banking to transfer your payments or set
up automatic recurring transfers. Enroll in Digital Banking.
- Automated Recurring Transfer - Set up your loan payments to be automatically transferred from your New South account to your
loan each month, or the date(s) you choose. You can set up a recurring transfer on the payment screen in digital banking or email

By Payroll Allocation from Your Direct Deposit/Payroll - Have your payment automatically directed from your direct deposit each
time you get paid. Email service4u@newsouthcu.com to request assistance.

By Check Payment*
- You can mail a check to us or drop one off at any of our branch locations. If after our normal business hours,
you can drop your payment off in our night deposit box at any of our locations. Be sure to include your account number and loan
number in the check's memo line. All mailed payments should be directed to:

One-Time Online Payment - Submit a quick and easy one-time payment from your account at another financial institution. Simply
click here to make an One-Time Payment through our online payment center using a debit card or ACH withdrawal from another
financial institution.
A $5.00 convenience fee** will be applied to each one-time payment. You can avoid the convenience fee by utilizing other payment options. To ensure payment accuracy please read instructions carefully. To avoid late fees, you should allow time for processing. Payments submitted before 4:00 PM EST will be posted the next business day. Payments submitted after 4:00 PM EST will be posted in 2 business days.

Automatic Payment (ACH)***
- Sign up to authorize us to originate your payments to be automatically deducted from your
checking/saving account at another financial institution each month via an ACH Withdrawal. Just request and submit an Automatic
Withdrawal Authorization Form, and your payments will be made automatically from the account of your choosing. Email
service4u@newsouthcu.comto request the form.

*Loan Payments sent by mail need to be received by the payment due date to avoid late fees. Postmarked dates are not considered as payment received. Payments
and deposits made utilizing the night drop should be received prior to the payment due date or scheduled automated recurring transfer to avoid late fees. are not
considered made until posted. Payments and deposits made utilizing the night deposit box will be posted effective on the next normal business day.
