PHISHING SCAM: Other area credit unions have reported that some of their members have been the target of emails stating they are from the Credit Union National Association or CUNA. The email states that the member must update their information to avoid their account from being restricted. If you ever receive an email asking you for account or card information – DO NOT RESPOND to the email and notify us immediately by clicking here.
We will never ask you for this information via email. It is our policy that, if we need information, we will contact directly. We also suggest that if someone contacts you asking for private information – Do not provide the information until you disconnect the call and call them back at their published phone number.
